Andy's FJ arrived at DMZ on a flat bed
tow truck. The previous owner had
installed a 6" bracket lift along with a
Camburg Long Travel Kit and an array of
other mismatched parts that were no bueno.

Andy's 08 FJ Cruiser

  • Bracket lift was removed and the
    Camburg Long Travel Kit was properly
    reinstalled with a set of Icon coil-over
    shocks and some limit straps to control
    the droop.
  • The rear lift components were also
    removed and a complete Icon rear
    suspension consisting of billet links, an
    adjustable track bar, 2" progressive lift
    springs, and Icon piggyback reservoir
    shocks was installed.
  • The front fenders were replaced by
    fiberglass units by Trailer Products.
